Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. You may not resell it, reverse-engineer it, or strip its notices.
Your responsibility when flying
The app assists with FUNCTION; it does not fly the aircraft for you and it is not an authority on airspace.
- You remain the pilot in command and are responsible for the flight.
- You must comply with the rules of your jurisdiction (TODO: e.g. FAA Part 107 in the US, EASA Open/Specific category in the EU) and hold the required registration and authorisations.
- Airspace, weather and NOTAM data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Verify it against the official source before every flight.
Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
Payment
TODO: subscriptions, trial length, renewal, and how to cancel — App Store purchases are cancelled through the App Store, and refunds are Apple's to give. Delete this section if the app is free.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranty. TODO: have counsel write the limitation of liability — the cap and the carve-outs are jurisdiction-specific.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
